Today was so wonderful... Woke up, and met 8 Madeirians at Neisha Thai where we had such yummy lunch. Talked and got caught up, then went for starbucks/coldstone, and a little bit of shopping. Mostly it was just soooo good being around those who could come and talk to them again. All of you are changing in subtle ways, I know I've changed. But at the same time, it's so easy to see who people really are, the person that we love them as inside of them. Never an ackward moment, conversation existed as easily as it was when we would eat lunch together. We even saw some other girls from our class doing catching up in the Barnes and Noble cafe. After everyone left (and we are all going to see each other again during winter break) and it was just time to drive Anna back to the metro we took a big detour and went to Madeira where we watched the sunset and the kayakers in the river. I miss Madeira like I miss home, probably more.

Tonight my parents are making my favorite food and even though I can't wait to see Tyler, I don't want to leave here, here where I'm not stressed (except for a few family conflicts that I can handle) and where it's so easy to feel like I belong. Seeing all of you today just heightened those feelings.
